Return Policy

In order to obtain a refund, contact customer service by email (returns@myvada.com) or call this number - 1-844-4MyVada (1-844-469-8232) and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package, within ninty (90) days of the date tracking shows you originally received the product. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, as well as on a piece of paper inside the package with your bottle (empty, full or anywhere in between), and send back the product to us at the address listed below. You pay for return shipping with the shipping provider of your choice and provide tracking details to returns@myvada.com. Once our shipping department has received the package and the information has been relayed to customer support, you will be issued a full refund.Your refund will be credited back to your account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
